International Medical Group, an award-winning global insurance benefits and assistance services company, is pleased to introduce Scott Ackerman as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer. Scott joins the IMG team with 30 years of experience in the travel and insurance industries.

Scott will be responsible for global sales and account management in this role. He will be responsible for leading revenue-based planning and forecasting, as well as the execution of IMG’s revenue growth initiatives to drive new revenue and retain existing business for the company.

Prior to joining IMG, Ackerman held senior management positions at Travel Leaders Group and AIG Travel Guard, where he spent nearly ten years, eventually rising to the position of Senior Vice President of the Americas. Ackerman also has extensive experience in the global hospitality industry, where he held various sales and marketing leadership roles for over 15 years.
